If the uncompressed file exist, amanda use it and doesn't try to uncompress
the gzip files, that's for speedup. You can safely remove all uncompressed
files in the index dirs.


amindexd remove all uncompressed index files that it uncompressed, but the
files could stay there if amindexd terminate abnormally.
