I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but if you just want to
replace the existing tapes with the new ones, you can amlabel each just
before it is to be used and Amanda should accept it.

Amlabel writes "X" in the date field to indicate it is a new tape, so
that's normal.

cause this tape to be the first one requested (since it looks like it
is the oldest)
