This is fixed in later versions of Amanda. From the changelog:

2000-01-21  Alexandre Oliva  <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

         * server-src/amstatus.pl.in (prefix, exec_prefix): Refer to them
         twice to avoid warnings of possible typo.
