Hi all,
I encounter the following error during tapetype
[root@CNCBACK tape-src]# ./tapetype -f /dev/st0
wrote 327 32Kb blocks in 1 file in 53 seconds (short write)
tapetype: could not write any data in this pass: short write
and amlabel
[root@CNCBACK DailySet1]# su backup -c "amlabel DailySet1 DailySet1001"
bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied
rewinding, reading label, not an amanda tape
rewinding, writing label DailySet1001, checking label
amlabel: no label found, are you sure /dev/st0 is non-rewinding?
Would anyone give me some suggestion for solution?
