I've inherited two UNIX systems that use Amanda for backups. I haven't been
fully trained on using Amanda so I'm trying to read through all the MAN
pages and FAQs.
I haven't found the cause of this problem and was wondering if someone here
could tell me what is going wrong.
Here is the message I get after the backup fails on one of my systems:
*** THE DUMPS DID NOT FINISH PROPERLY!
These dumps were to tapes .
Tonight's dumps should go onto 1 tape: DailySet118.
