What version?

There should have been some other messages. This message comes out when
Amanda is dropping into "degraded" mode, i.e. when it cannot write to
tape any more. When it looked at these disks to see what incremental
level to use, planner hadn't supplied one. That might have happened
because the disks were new, or because you told it to only do full dumps
in some way, etc.
So what's the rest of the story? :-)
