As everybody knows, for full backup only we set the dumpcycle to
0.(waiting for the implentation of "NOINC" strategy.
I also set runspercycle 2
tapecycle 2
Because the total full backups is more than one tape and less than two
tapes. Bur I still get some level 1 backups.
