Hi all,
We've been using amanda here for about 12 months or more. And
thankfully we have not had to restore that often, anyway, the other day
a new guy screwed up our CVS repository big time, so we attempted to
restore from tape. which we was successful except for some missing
files.
amrestore said something about the files not found on tape. so it
expected them but couldn't find them, so I went back a couple of days to
see if that worked and it had the same problem. So basically some of
the files are missing from the backups. I haven't seen this before and
we have restored from tape before.
Any ides.
