"signal 11" is a segmentation fault. In other words, "oops". :-)
It's my understanding chg-scsi is not being maintained in the 2.4.2
branch, but that you should be able to check out the latest main (2.5)
sources and just shift the changer-src tree into place and use that.
I suspect that's your first, best, shot. Even if it doesn't work,
you'll have a better chance of getting help from the person who works
on chg-scsi.
