And you won't.  Amanda (normally) only supports tapes.

However, there is an experimental (although stable) branch of the sources
called amanda-242-tapeio that should work.  One of the things it can do
is emulate a tape drive in a disk directory, which in your case could
be a mounted Zip partition.

Note that Amanda does not support device overflow, so none of your dump
images can be larger than whatever type of Zip device you're using.
