Since the message is `dump *to tape* failed', the dump was never
stored in the holding disk: it was a direct-to-tape dump.
Vicente, consider getting a larger holding disk, or specifying a
chunksize so that this disk gets dumped to the holding disk. Then, if
it turns out that it doesn't fit in the tape, you'll be able to flush
it to another tape on the next day.
