I think that it ran 6 times - when I run amadmin find and info commands
it shows me June 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21. But if I need more tapes ok.

So, with dumpcycle = 1, and runspercyle = 5, and runtapes = 1, tapecycle
should include
additional tapes and is calcuted as follows: (( 2 * 5 + 1) * 1) = 11 I
need 11 tapes for 1 week's backup? Seems like too many. Is this
correct? Eventually, I'd like to use runspercyle = 20, would I need 41
tapes for 20 backup runs?

I don't think that Amanda mentioned it in the email it sent:

These dumps were to tape DailySet112.
The next tape Amanda expects to use is: DailySet114.
