I'm trying to get amanda (2.4.2pl2) on an overland LXL1B10 (DLT1, 10
slots) running, but failed until now.
What is working:
I can handle the library via mtx (inq., load/unload slots etc.).
What does not work:
Almos everything doesn't. Each command runs the chg-zd-mtx script
and this gives an error in readstatus(). The variable usedslot
is every time empty and therefor I get the error:
[: -lt: unary operator expected
I've no experiences with sed but as far as I can see it examins
the first line of what mtx -f /dev/sg1 status returns. In my
installation it is
Data Transfer Element: Full (Unknown Storage Element Loaded)
Can anyone help?
BTW the chg-zd-mtx does only run mtx status (without the -f option).
