i'm currently trying to migrate an amanda setup on solaris 8 using
a normal ddsIII tape to it using a 6x24 ddsII hp dat changer and
have some problems to get the changer recognized on that machine -
so my questions are: is there any documentation regarding this
setup available? - i read the tape changers doc file and also
set up several tape changer setups running on linux with amanda
already but here i hang earlier: i cannot get the changer device
detected under solaris (tried it with the sgen driver with no
success) and i'm also not really shure which changer method to
use inside of amanda ... any help would be appreciated
