Dear all,
We have amanda-2.4.2p2 running here internally well. This is mostly on
Irix 6.5 machines. I also want to add a client machine running Irix 6.3
(upgrading is not an option at the moment). As there is no compiler on
this machine I installed amanda 2.4.1p1 from a binary release
(freeware.sgi.com). After adding this machine to the configuration,
amcheck gives no errors.
When doing dumps, this client is not able to do actual estimates/dumps.
Looking at the debug logs on the client reveals
amandad.debug

Which looks OK. Sendsize.debug reveals the following

The permissions on the rundump binary look like the ones on the working
hosts.

Someone who has an idea on this ?
