If you go with chg-scsi, I recommend getting the latest CVS sources in
the amanda-242-branch branch.  They are significantly improved.

Otherwise I'd get mtx-1.13 (or whatever the latest is) from SourceForge
and start there.  Once you can make mtx move the robot around, use
chg-zd-mtx from the Amanda build.

I'm not real familiar with Linux, but I think /dev/sga is the better
bet for the robot.  I'm pretty sure /dev/*st* are the SCSI Tape devices.

BTW, you want to tell Amanda to use /dev/nst0, not st0.
