OK, at this point you can try the following:
1. change to /usr/local/etc/amanda/daily/
2. There run chg-scsi-linux -genconf and see if you get an result
If yes do it again an cat the output to chg-scsi-linux.conf
3. Check the file for any comments which tell you to check/change the values.
If this does not work please give feedback with the error messages.
The exabyte lib should run without a problem on linux :-)
