I'm backuping some NT machines, but I'm not able to have an exclude list to
work: Amanda (gtar, in fact) backups perfectly all shared disks under NT,
but I'd like to exclude subdirectories outta these disks (well, you know, I
dont feel it's really usefull to backup thousands of divx ;)))
I've tried to create an exclude file, on the samba client machine, where
files are tar-ed. This file is declared in the appropried dumptype. The
syntax I've tried is the following:
*/RECYCLER/*
*/System Volume Information/*
without success. So I've reverted the /, this gives...
*\\RECYCLER\\*
*\\System Volume Information\\*
...and that still dont work :(
