When I run amcheck on the config for one of my windows machines I get the following: ERROR: lotus: [PC SHARE //vegas/avr access error: host down or invalid password?]
I checked amandad.debug and found: running /usr/bin/smbclient \\\\vegas\\avr XXXX -E -U backup -W VPSA -c quit ERROR [PC SHARE //vegas/avr access error: host down or invalid password?] This would indicate to me that it is not picking up the usrid and password information stored in /etc/amandapass. The amandapass file has the correct permissions. I think I have the format correct. It looks like this: //vegas/avr userid%password NT_Domain Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
