We are using Amanda since last 1 year on all sun platform. We are using Amanda-2.4.1p1 and It was working fine. But when I added the Linux machine as one of the Amanda client, it doesn't do the proper backup for that machine only. It doesn't give any error during amcheck or amdump. But it does give the error while restoring. Any idea, how cross-platform should work? Thank you very much in advance. -Pranav
