What's in the sendbackup*debug file on the client?
You don't, but any chance, have "record no" set someplace in your dumptype
("amadmin <config> disklist <host> <disk> | grep record")?
If you have indexing turned on, do the index files seem basically the
same (i.e. the same files backed up)? Are you certain at least some of
the files listed in the incremental have *not* been modified ("ls -l")
since the full dump?
What type of file system is this? XFS? FAT? etc.

That file is (essentially) unused and may be ignored.
