Hello,

sorry, I have another question about amanda...
I have three clients, which stand in another net than the server.

my amanda server has got the ip-address: 192.168.255.33, netmask
255.255.255.0
the three clients do not have an internal ip-address.
between the three clients and my server is a firewall.

does amanda support NAT through a firewall or is there another possibility
for me
to backup these servers?

when amanda server starts a backup by crontab a connection to the servers
gets established on port 10080.
When the clients send their files back, will they use the same connection or
do they open a new?
If they open a new connection I do not see another way for backup except NAT
:-(

I hope someone has got a similar problem like me and could be able to help
me.
Thank you very much!

Greetings,

Leonie
