Was xfsdump there when you ./configured amanda?  If it wasn't, you'll need
to recompile/reinstall.  Oh, wait, you're using a package.  So, odds are 
xfsdump wasn't present on the system the package was compiled on.  
Download the source, compile and install it, and all will work.
