Its telling you that on your next backup run it will be overwriting
the tape that contains the last full dump of those filesystems (making
it impossible to restore all the files).  Since it is also trying to
do level 2s on some of them instead of the needed level 0, I would
suspect that the level 0s are now too big to fit on a tape.  We would
have to know more about your configuration to give a more definite
answer.
