It should work.  For such as that, rsync is mighty handy.  Run it 
right after amanda is done for the last time on that box and you 
should have everything copied.

Don't forget to copy over the source codes tree for amanda too, 
that way you'll have a ready-made re-install in case things act a 
little foobar.
