If you search the list archives I seem to remember answering this
before. The solution is to install the amanda client on one of your
unix machines, NFS mount the NAS device, and add the NFS mount to the
disklist. Here's a generic example:
client_host# mount -t nfs nas_host:/export_fs /mnt
disklist excerpt:
client_host /mnt user-tar
Pretty simple, eh? I love unix.
