I found one posting dealing with how to use it -- it contains a modified sendsize.c that it seems like you plop into place and recompile:\ http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=amanda-users&m=98888253924842&w=2 The other suggestion I ran across was to use ufsdump rather than tar.
