Yep, you're right.
I forgot automake and libtool :(

Now it seems better. I learned I had to run "aclocal", "autoconf", "automake".
Now it crashes a bit later with:
./configure: line 11816: syntax error near unexpected token 
`ICE_CHECK_DECL(accept,sys/types.h'
./configure: line 11816: `ICE_CHECK_DECL(accept,sys/types.h sys/socket.h)'

Well... Seems I'm not lucky this day :(
