First of all congratulations to Jonathan Johnson for his little Amanda!
I have a tricky issue with my Amanda 2.5 and native Kerberos V (all from the
Sourceforge CVS). I managed to compile everything correctly (well... correctly I don't
know, but it compiles!), but I cannot set up any kerberized dump.
In fact, when I look at the krb5kdc log I have the following message:
Jul 09 15:22:37 simonetti krb5kdc[328](info): AS_REQ (3 etypes {16 1 3})
192.168.1.81(88): NEEDED_PREAUTH: [EMAIL PROTECTED] for
[EMAIL PROTECTED], Additional pre-authentication required
And in the amanda logs the following message:
ERROR planner Request to simonetti failed: simonetti: could not get TGT: error getting
ticket for service/amanda: Permission denied
I really don't know if this is a misconfiguration of Amanda or Kerberos, I begin
learning Kerberos now also (so I don't know many many things about it).
Does anybody know what to do with these error messages?
