Hi, I'm using amanda 2.4.3b3 on Linux and at the moment i am just trying to backup one directory on this one machine I have put the appropriate info in the config files and I have ran amdump with no errors. however, when I run amrestore /dev/nst0 I get the following:
amrestore: 0: skipping start of tape: date 20020724 label DailySet18 amrestore: 1: reached end of tape: date 20020724 Nothing is extracted does this mean amdump failed? Thanks for any help in advance. Jane.
