Once again more problems, slowly starting to get it working.
When i check the report generated by amdump i am still getting errors, can someone help again??
FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:
pc41.do /temp lev 0 FAILED [Request to pc41.domain timed out.]
pc34.do /home/amanda/backup lev 0 FAILED [/sbin/dump returned 1]
pc34 is the Backup/Tape server and pc41 is the remote client
1. pc41 keeps timing out, put i can ping it and get a decent response and i can connect to it with smbclient
2. Why does dump return 1
