Tape Changer / amrecover

Hi all,

I am using amanda 2.4.2p2 and the changer chg-zd-mtx from amanda-version 2.4.3
It is running fine when doing amdump, the tape which is due next is searched and found by the changer and everything is fine.

But when I am using amrecover I still need to insert the tape manually on the amanda machine using
amtape DS1 label DS1-02
Is this really ok, or could it run better.
My goal is, that no one has to log into the amanda-machine itself, and every root on any machine can amrecover everything without doing anything manually.

Can I reach this ?
