        Here is some description of the problem.
        I have a TreeFrog AIT-2 library with 2 drives and 30 slots.
        chg-scsi.conf defines 4 configs (pools). I'll number slots staring from
1, not from 0. Just to be consistent with the "mtx status" output below.

        1. slots 1-14, drive 0
        2. slot 15, drive 0
        3. slots 16-22, drive 1
        4. slots 23-30, drive 1
        
        Now see "mtx status" output below. If I start loading tape from a slot
16 that should use drive 1, changer will obviously unload drive 1 first,
which currently has tape from slot 26. Surprisingly that tape will go to
slot 7 (which is first empty slot in the library) instead of going to
slot 26. So it looks like chg-scsi does not care about what slot the
tape that is currently is in the drive belongs to.
