Amanda 2.4.2p2 with chg-zd-mtx from 2.4.3
Solaris 8, SUN Storedge 9 ie HP C7145
I've been running the same config for close to two
weeks, on Fridays amdump run, started from cron we
failed to find the required tape in the jukebox.
On monday I ran amcheck for the config and it found
the tape just fine, no intervention. amflush then
ran successfully.
BTW, this was also an issue for my other jukebox.
Same apparent result and same resolution.
FYI: I'm the site with two concurrent amanda runs for
the same user on the same machine, one to each
jukebox. One for local disk and one for remote clients.
Any ideas why both amanda's failed to find the next tape ?
And if so, how do I avoid problems in the future ?
