Are you certain that tape "WEEKLY001" was the tape that was in
/dev/nst0 at the time you ran amrestore?

If so, are you certain that the tape was rewound before you ran
amrestore?

If so, what did you see when file# 7 was skipped?

Totally unrelated, but /dev/shm?  Do you really want to do that?
