amtapetype=tapetype -- it just got renamed. And you *never* want to run (am)tapetype with hardware compression. (am)tapetype uses /dev/random (or equivalent) as a data source, and random data does not compress. -- Joshua Baker-LePain Department of Biomedical Engineering Duke University
