Just got

*** A TAPE ERROR OCCURRED: [[writing file: I/O error]].

during a backup run. - Must be something wrong with the tape or tape drive, I thought, but it turns out that
1. I get this error for various different tapes when trying to amflush the dump to them.
2. I can write other dumps to the same tapes.


Any idea what may cause this kind of thing to happen? I'm using the 20030516 snapshot, and holding disk is
