I've attached amcheck output which clearly demonstrates a problem I
noticed the other day when I went to restore something from a tape in
slot 1.

I used a command like this:

sudo -u operator /usr/local/sbin/amtape twilley label twilley001

The error I receieved when searching slot 1 was identical to the one
in the attached output. What's wrong?
