3hole.ps change

  My first toc printout, I'm so excited.  Very handy except it
says:

To restore:
    position tape at the start of the file and run:
      dd if=$TAPE bs=32k skip=1 | zcat | restore -ibf 2 -
                                         ^^^^^^^

Very unhandy if you're using tar, maybe 3.hole.ps should take an
argument or magically figure this out?  No big deal but it would be
an improvement.
