The answer to this should be found in the archives, but a large percentage of posts come from non-members. (at least for amanda-users. This is less so for amanda-hackers). Since that's where people are directed for help, this is not really surprising. Beyond that, if there's a noticable increase in maintainer mail from people who have trouble posting, this is another motivater. (I'm not sure if that will be the case, but based on what I get now, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it picks up). As I said before, please direct followups to [EMAIL PROTECTED] There's no point in cluttering the list up with off-topic traffic. -Todd
