Are you sure you want to run with a dumpcycle that large? Dumpcyle != tapecycle. Actually tapecycle is best at least twice the dumpcycle.

Have a look at the "colspec" parameter in amanda.conf. It avoids running the columns together. When going production, you numbers will
even be larger.
