dump incremental level not greater than 1

Hi all,


in our environment there is one linux system (SuSE 8.1 amanda-2.4.4-41) where amanda not increase the dump level to 2,3... I tried it with different bumpsize,bumpdays and bumpmult values but the result is always the same - dump level not greater than 1...Is there anyone who has experience with such behavior ? The backup on that system is performed via "dump".
