Ah found it! It was I the amanda.conf file. Its currently set to dtimeout 3600 What would be a reasonable number to set it to then? Again, should I restart the amanda locally and on the server too? -----Original Message----- From: Ranveer Attalia Sent: 29 July 2004 15:11 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: Re: partition failing to backup Oh right Where and how much do I increase that parameter to? Which file is it normally in? (sorry for dunce question) Does amanda need ot be stopped and started in order for this to become active? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 29 July 2004 14:45 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: Paul Bijnens Subject: RE:Re: partition failing to backup -> increase dtimeout _______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
