If the owner not amanda.......

Hi all! I have a question. For example, if there is a directory, which owner 
not amanda (for example, /var/www/localhost/htdocs, ovned by apache:apache), 
amanda cannot make this directory reserve copying. I am right? If so, as then 
to make reserve copying such directory?
