Before labeling the tapes I forgot setting it to this paarmeter and it was pointing to a DAT tape drive definition. The 1st ever made dump was made with this wrong parameters, but I have corrected them .

Ok, then, that means that the filesystem was full while writing the 6th file. You probably need to split up the filesystems in smaller pieces using exclude/include patterns with gnutar.
