I've checked there are definately no firewalls between. Also both servers are connected to the same switch.

Please keep this thread on the list. Really.
You get a timeout after 30s. That means that the first packet arrives
but subsequent ones don't seem to get through. Sounds like a firewall
problem to me; please double-check that none of the two machines has a
local firewall configured and that there's no other firewall between them.
