amanda is so verbose your claim of silence seems improbable. what was in the mail report sent at the end of the run what does amcheck say when you run it are there dump and log files created are there debug files created is there anything in the holding disk why is your tapelist one one tape long with tapecycle == 4 -- Jon H.
