Look at the "Avg Tp Write Rate'. I see 9.4 MB/s for full dumps, and 2.3 for incrementals. All of these should be from the holding disk, but if any are direct to tape it will kill your tape speed. Look at the detailed logs to see if you had a really large single filesystem incremental that is bigger than your holding disk, or something like that.
