i am trying to backup big filesystem and i get this errors

I don't know if this is a hardware or a config problem. I doesn't cut out the
filesystem.

This error comes when the taper is at the end of the tape. I should do a reset
on the library to see the lto3 reader again, and then the tape is shown as
slot 1: not an amanda tape (Input/output error).
