Many (most?) tapedrives make no real distinction between a
real "End Of Tape" and "Write Error".
You'll have to find out which event happened.
Did it write to the tape for about 3-5 hours (200 Gbyte), or did
it just write the label, and maybe even stopped on the first file?

More down in the amanda report, in the "Notes" section, you find
the amount of data that Amanda did write successfully to the tape.
Is it reasonable close to 200 Gbyte?
